It is hard feeling like you are struggling alone. Group therapy is a great way to connect with others who may have similar experiences to you.

GENDER IDENTITY SUPPORT GROUP

A weekly group for individuals who are: 

 curious (or confused) about their gender identity

navigating early transition

processing the impact of their transition 

DBT SKILLS GROUP

DBT groups are not your traditional talk therapy. They are skills based - think of it more as a class. There are four different categories of skills that you will learn - mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. This group will provide you with a toolkit of life skills to help you replace any  ineffective behaviors, thought patterns or habits.
